PICKUP POLICY
At this time we offer in-store and curbside pickup. Delivery options will be added in the future.
Important Note: Orders must be picked up from the store location you selected when you placed your order. Minnesota state law does not allow us to transfer alcohol between locations.
A valid ID and a copy of the order confirmation (print out or digital) is required for in-store pick up verification. Eden Prairie Liquor employees will verify the ID of the customer matches the customer name and payment information on the order.
If the ID does not match the customer profile, the product will not be released, and the order will be held for 24 hours; after that it will be canceled and the products will be re-shelved.
For curbside pickup, park in a 10-minute parking space near the front of the building and call your Eden Prairie Liquor store location:

Please provide your full name, order number, parking location, and vehicle make and model.
Store employees reserve the right to ask for a valid ID from all vehicle passengers and refuse the sale of alcohol to anyone without proof of legal age.
For contactless service, customers must present a valid ID, a copy of the order confirmation (printout or digital) through the window of the vehicle. A flat surface must be cleared for product to be placed in a customer’s vehicle.
Eden Prairie Liquor is not responsible for products after released to the customer.
Please plan to pick-up your order within 24 hours of purchase, after that it will be canceled and the products will be re-shelved.

RETURN POLICY
Purchases made on the ShopEPLiquor.com e-commerce site can be returned in person at any Eden Prairie Liquor store location. The following is required for all returns:
- A copy of the order must be present for all Returns.
- Merchandise must meet the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be unopened and in its original condition.
- Seals and labels must be intact.
- The bottle vintage must be the same as the current store vintage.
- Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original form of payment.
No returns will be offered on empty items.
All refunds require Store Management approval.
All Beer returns and exchanges require Store Management approval.
No refunds will be issued on opened items. Approved opened items will be offered as an Exchange at equal or lesser value.
